The anatomically-shaped gel pack conforms to the knee and remains flexible enough for light movement, even when frozen. The gel has been specifically formulated to safely reach both hot and cold temperature extremes. The segmented "pack-in-pack" design keeps the gel horizontal and vertical, which allows it to be more malleable when frozen while also increasing its heat retention capacity.
Three hook-and-loop straps offer a comfortable, adjustable fit as well as customizable 3-point compression. The longer strap fits around the thigh, the smaller strap fits around the calf, while the middle strap that fits behind the knee is thinner to reduce discomfort when bending or moving your knee.
The TPU-lined moisture lock pouch works seamlessly with the proprietary gel pack to prevent condensation and moisture from leaking through, keeping you dry and comfortable during use.

Cooling & Heating Instructions
For cold therapy, chill gel pack for 2 hours in freezer or refrigerator.
For heat therapy, heat gel pack in the microwave for 10 seconds on each side for a maximum of 40 seconds total heating time per use.
Do not heat more than 4 times in a 60-minute period. Gel pack must be completely dry and reach room temperature before switching between hot and cold treatments.
